As a Sales Account Representative for the D'Etta Sumlin Agency, you are vital to the growth of our business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.We are looking for a results-driven State Form Sales Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales, meeting quotas, and assisting customers in selecting the correct state-specific forms for their needs. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining product knowledge to maximize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate state forms.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Accurately process transactions and maintain records of customer purchases.
• Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers and business clients.
• Stay up-to-date on state regulations and form requirements to provide expert guidance.
• Track sales metrics and report performance to the Sales Manager.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or sales software.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven sales environment.

**Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License prior to start date and Life & Health within 30 days of hire**

Compensation $73,200.00 - $100,000.00 per year
